Welcome to ImmersiON (the “Service”), a virtual reality experience platform offering VR rooms, interactive environments, and immersive entertainment. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set forth the rules and conditions governing your use of ImmersiON and any related content, equipment, facilities, or services provided. By accessing, booking, or participating in ImmersiON experiences, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
To participate in ImmersiON activities, you must meet the minimum age requirements established by local regulations, or have verifiable parental or guardian consent if you are under the applicable age limit. You must also be physically able to use VR equipment safely. By engaging in the Service, you acknowledge that VR experiences may involve motion, flashing lights, and other effects that could cause discomfort or health risks for some individuals.
ImmersiON and all related materials — including its VR software, 3D environments, interactive elements, branding, and hardware — are owned or licensed by the operator and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal entertainment purposes only, within our facilities or approved partner locations. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Service without written permission.
You agree to use ImmersiON responsibly and to follow all instructions provided by staff and on-screen safety prompts. You will not tamper with, damage, or misuse any VR equipment, controllers, sensors, or facility installations. Any reckless or unsafe behavior may result in the immediate termination of your session without refund, and you may be held liable for repair or replacement costs for damaged equipment.
You must not engage in harassment, abusive language, or disruptive behavior toward other participants or staff. ImmersiON is designed as a safe, inclusive environment, and violations of these standards may result in refusal of service. Recording, streaming, or photographing experiences may be subject to additional rules or restrictions, and you may not capture or share content that infringes on the privacy or rights of others.
ImmersiON experiences may vary in intensity, and certain activities may not be suitable for individuals with medical conditions such as epilepsy, heart issues, or severe motion sickness. By participating, you accept full responsibility for assessing your own health and safety. We recommend consulting a medical professional if you have concerns before engaging in VR activities.
All bookings and purchases for ImmersiON experiences are final unless otherwise stated by applicable law or our refund policy. We reserve the right to change, cancel, or reschedule sessions due to technical issues, safety concerns, or operational needs. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative time or solution.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including injury, loss of property, or dissatisfaction arising from your use of ImmersiON.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in operations, technology, or legal requirements. Continued use of ImmersiON after such updates will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and the operator regarding your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
