We want every guest to enjoy a smooth, fair, and transparent booking process. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be granted for reservations or purchases made with us.
This policy applies to bookings for VR sessions, event packages, group reservations, and any other immersive experiences offered directly by ImmersiON. Physical merchandise, gift cards, and purchases from third-party vendors are not covered by this policy.
Refunds are generally available only for cancellations made within the timeframe specified at the time of booking. Due to the limited availability of VR room slots and the preparation required for each session, no refunds will be issued for late arrivals, no-shows, or cancellations made outside of the eligible period. However, we may offer rescheduling options where possible.
Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction with the content of an experience once it has been completed, for guests who choose to end their session early, or for those unable to complete an activity due to motion sensitivity, discomfort, or lack of familiarity with VR technology.
If your booking cannot be fulfilled due to a verified technical fault, equipment failure, or an unexpected closure initiated by ImmersiON, you will be offered the choice of rescheduling your session or receiving a refund to your original payment method. Refunds for these cases will be processed as quickly as possible, though processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Group and event bookings may have additional terms and deposit requirements. In such cases, the specific cancellation and refund terms provided in your event agreement will apply in addition to this policy.
To request a refund, you must contact our customer service team with your booking confirmation number, the date and time of your reservation, and a clear explanation of your reason for requesting a refund. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval, and all requests are subject to review based on the conditions of this policy.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the stated eligibility criteria or that are suspected to be fraudulent or made in bad faith.
